What is the minimum age requirement for a party?
All parties start from the age of 5.
Where are your pamper parties located?
Our pamper parties are hosted at home in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Luton, Hertfordshire (some areas).

How long does each pamper party last?
Typically, each pamper party lasts around 2 hours, depending on the package chosen. Please read carefully on our party packages page.
Do you provide party decorations?
Yes!
We provide themed decorations based on the package chosen and highly recommend Sweet Sarah by Sarah Nicole Smith for the birthday cake!
We fully encourage you to decorate with birthday banners & balloons!
Are your products suitable for children with sensitive skin?
We use child-friendly, hypoallergenic products when possible, but please inform us of any specific allergies when filling in your booking form. PampaCandi require all information regarding any allergies with skin conditions, and food allergies such as nut allergies.
Can adults attend?
You can absolutely join in on the fun, make sure you get your face glittered! But it is primarily for the children. Unfortunately, adults are supervisors, and there must always be at least 1 adult in the party room.
What if someone doesn't show up?
We will finalise the numbers with you two weeks before the party, just in case! But unfortunately, the price doesn't change if you have no shows.
Will you take photos and videos?
Yes, we can! You'll receive a document to sign allowing us to take photos on the day and use them for any marketing and advertising purposes on our socials, website and/or event material. You'll also get to keep them!
How far in advance should we book a pamper party?
We recommend booking at least 3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and package; however, speak to us to see how we can accommodate. It's always worth asking!
Can parents customise the services offered for their child's pamper party?
Please do ask if we can adapt or change something; it will always be dependent on staff and stock availability.
We have a number of extras we can add to, all you need to do is ask!
How do you take payment?
Typically, a small deposit is paid upon booking; it's not a booking until the deposit is confirmed. The rest of the payment will be cash or bank transfer on the day.
You may be asked to pay a proportion to the owner and the remainder to the staff working on the day.
We require the full amount regardless of whether children are not taking part or haven't turned up.
Unfortunately, we do not accept credit cards.
Is there a maximum number of children allowed per party?
Yes, for the best experience, we recommend no more than 15 children per party.
Please always check with PampaCandi on availability for this number of children.
If you have a large party, we recommend organising other craft activities alongside our party to keep all of the children entertained. Once everyone has had their toes pampered, they are free to roam!
What should parents prepare before the party?
Ensure the party area is clear and safe, and enough space is reserved for our setup.
Seated pamper parties need enough chairs/sofas for attendees, and make-up workshops need tables and chairs. Our pampered queen package needs enough room for two massage beds.
If you have the chocolate fountain, please make sure you have plates, napkins and any other food to dip into the chocolate!
Is there a cancellation fee?
If the booking is cancelled at least 7 days before the party date, a full refund of the deposit and any payments made, minus any non-recoverable costs already incurred (such as the salon deposit).
If cancellation is given with less than 7 days' notice, 50% of the total party cost is payable as a cancellation fee, along with the deposit.
If you've paid the extra deposit for any venue hire, unfortunately, this is non-refundable. We do not own the venues, and they are completely separate businesses from Pampa Candi.
Do you charge for travel?
If you live 35 miles or over from Milton Keynes, we will charge you a flat rate of £15.00 to cover the costs. This will be an additional charge added to your booking.
